Company charges fixed shipping fee for ordering each product as per the destination and quantity of the items. One can get two types of shipping options in purchasing any kind of product which includes registered mail and express mail. Both the shipping options have tracking number which helps the customers to track their purchased product.

We try to dispatch the product as soon as possible when the order has been placed. Estimated time of dispatch depends on the time of order as the products are dispatched on weekdays that is from Monday to Friday. Estimated dispatch days don’t include weekends and any public holidays. After an order is placed, just in few minutes or hours you will get the confirmation mail with the tracking number. You have to confirm the order then the order will be dispatched. With the available tracking number you can check the status of the order by logging into your account anytime. Sometimes order can be delayed due to manufacturer’s back-orders.

Time of delivery will depend on the method of shipping which you have selected. Order can take usual or average time which varies on your location. If the product has been ordered from any other country then extra charges will be applicable. Shipping costs of the ordered product also includes shipping and handling charges. When the product is ordered then the labor and material charges are also included with the processing. Delivery days are decided according to the order that is shipped and the estimated time is also based on the carrier's stated delivery time.

If the product has to be shipped to any other country then there are some countries that collect Value Added Taxes (VAT) and sales tax. Taxes and other duties are not included in the cost of the order. Optical products are delicate so we easily accept the returns of the product if the lenses are defective and broken at the time of delivery. One can refer to the return policy of the company and easily return the product within 30 days of delivery.

In the case if you find that the lenses are factory defective then you can exchange your product free of cost. You will get the exact same product. Cash will not be refunded in the defective items as one gets the exchanged product same as he ordered in the first place. When the order reaches your doorstep and you find any defects in the product then within 7 days of receiving the shipment you have to notify us. When you replace the order then put the product in the same original packaging which you got at the time of delivery. Make sure that the product is packed vigilantly so that it doesn’t get damaged anymore.
