Most of the people are uncertain about the payment methods and whether or not they are secure or not. We understand this and ensure our customers that all our payment methods are secure, and also offer confidentiality of their financial details, which they share while making a payment. There are a few very important things that go through the minds of the customers who are buying things on the internet. The first and one of the most important things is the types of payment methods through which you can pay on our website. You can make payment through Mastercard, Visa or Netbanking. If you are not really sure about paying on the web, you can choose our Cash on Delivery method. Through this method, you can make the payment when you receive your ordered item however with this method you will also have to pay a small convenience charge. Also, we accept payment only through Netbanking and Credit or Debit card for high value products. We would also like to inform our customers that we use a secure payment gateway for debit card, credit card and net banking transactions, so you can use our online payment services without having to give it a second thought.

If you wish to make the payment with the receipt of your product, you should go for cash on delivery or COD. When you choose this option of payment, we will contact you and confirm whether or not you want us to dispatch your order. If, for any reason you are unable to talk to us as that moment, we request you to call us back and confirm your order. The convenience amount for COD is Rs 39, which is to be paid by you along with the cost of the product at the time you receive the order. Also, there is limit to the purchase you can make using COD payment option. We will only accept COD if the purchases you are making fall under Rs 2,000, for anything above this limit, you need to use credit card or debit card or net banking. In case the cash on delivery option is not available for your address, you should use net banking or credit/debit card. Now, if you don’t have a working net banking account or credit/debit card, you need to get in touch with your bank to issue you a credit or debit card.

We also promise our customers of no hidden charges on the purchase of any of our products. You are only required to pay the amount that will reflect in the payment summary that you will receive after order a product.

If you are unable to make the payment online i.e. you are seeing a payment failure message every time you are trying to make the payment, please ensure the credentials you are entering are correct. You payment credentials include your bank account details, credit/debit card number, internet banking password or billing address. Also, make sure your internet connection is not disconnected at the time you are making the payment. In case your account is debited in this situation, the same amount will be credited back to your account within a span of 7 working days. If this doesn’t happen, please feel free to reach us or contact your bank.

Another situation you may find yourself into is when you haven’t shopped with us but still your bank account statement is showing a debit transaction in our name. Please check with your family, friends or colleagues whether they have made any purchases using your credentials, and if they haven’t, please contact us inside 60 days of the date on which this transaction happened.

There are certain locations and products on which cash on delivery (COD) payment option is not available, and it is because there are certain locations where our courier service doesn’t function. In case of any such product or location, you can always use other methods such as net banking, credit card or debit card to make the payment. You will also find a tax component in your payment summary, which is for Central Sales Tax (CST) or Value Added Tax (VAT). We only collect this tax on behalf of the government and deposit it to the concerned authorities. If you decide to return or cancel an order, you will get a complete refund along with the tax you had paid at the time of purchasing. For returns or cancellations where some of the products in an order are cancelled or returned while the rest are kept by the customer, the refund amount will include the cost of those products as well as the tax levied on those particular products. Also, you are not required to pay the tax amount again if you are exchanging a product.
